Carmichael International is the largest and only UK Company producing a full range of fire-fighting vehicles. Carmichael has customers in more than 80 countries around the world.

Carmichael is based in Worcester and has around 75 employees, including office-based administration and factory-floor manufacturing staff.

Their CIPD qualified head of HR, says:
