HR software specialists, Myhrtoolkit Ltd, has seen its employee numbers triple in just 12 months due to growing demand for its HR software, which has been designed especially for small and medium sized enterprises.
New staff include Sales Executive, Simon Ross and Support Analyst, Toby Butler. A new Digital Marketing Manager, Sharon Evans, has also been taken on to deliver the firm’s marketing strategy. So far, this has seen a complete corporate rebrand, unveiled this month on the firm’s website and a new application interface.
In addition, the company has just exhibited for the third time at the UK’s leading event for HR professionals, the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition, run by the professional body for HR and people development.
New developer, Alex Fenwick, also joins the firm’s software development department to help improve the usability and functionality of the myhrtoolkit interface in line with evolving market opportunities and legislation.
Operations Director, Bob Teasdale says: “It’s great to see our business growing as demand for our HR software increases. We’re seeing burgeoning interest from SMEs wanting to reduce the time they spend on HR administration and find more time to focus on developing their people and their business.
“myhrtoolkit helps this to happen by allowing employees to action their own HR-related activities. For example, they can request holidays and training, access policy documents and add sick notes. What’s more, so long as they have a suitable device and Internet connection, they can access our system anywhere.”
Bob Teasdale also feels that the system has benefitted from the increasing trust in cloud-based technology over the past few years.
He says: “In the 10 years since we launched, SMEs have become more confident in using Software-as-a-Service delivered online and we have definitely benefitted from that culture shift.
“What’s more, there has been a move away from firms wanting to invest tens of thousands of pounds in a proprietary solution that they might outgrow in only a few years. By providing our software online at a modest monthly fee, our clients get all the functionality they require for a much lower investment.
“It’s because of these benefits that we have seen our user-base grow massively, not only across the UK, but as far afield as the USA and South Africa. We’re also planning big strides forward in 2016, with the development of an application programming interface (API) to enable clients to integrate myhrtoolkit with related systems such as payroll.
