If you are experiencing problems with staying logged into myhrtoolkit then please carry out the following steps… 1. Clear your web browser’s cache. *Internet Explorer* users can do this by: 1. Clicking on the ‘Tools‘ menu (or the cog wheel for later versions) at the top right and selecting ‘Internet Options‘ 2. Within the ‘Browsing History‘ area, click on the ‘Settings‘ button 3. Make sure that ‘Every time I visit the web page‘ is selected 4. Click the ‘OK‘ button 5. Click the ‘Delete‘ button in the ‘Browsing History‘ panel. 6. Make sure the ‘Cookies‘ checkbox is selected 7. Click the ‘Delete‘ button 8. Click the ‘OK‘ button 2. Add *myhrtoolkit.com* to the list of Trusted sites. *Internet Explorer* users can do this by: 1. Clicking on the ‘Tools‘ menu (or the cog wheel for later versions) at the top right and selecting ‘Internet Options‘ 2. Click on the ‘Security‘ tab at the top 3. Click on the ‘Trusted sites‘ green tick 4. Click on the ‘Sites‘ button 5. Enter *https://app.myhrtoolkit.com* and click the ‘Add‘ button 6. Click the ‘Close‘ button 7. Click on the ‘Privacy‘ tab at the top 8. Click on the ‘Sites‘ button 9. Enter ‘myhrtoolkit.com’ and click on the ‘Allow‘ button 10. Click ‘Ok‘ 11. Click on the ‘Advanced‘ button 12. Tick the ‘Override automatic cookie handling‘ checkbox 13. Tick the ‘Always allow session cookies‘ checkbox 14. Click ‘Ok‘ 15. Click the next ‘Ok‘ button 3. Restart your web browser 4.
