Alison started her HR career in 2009 in a large charity based in Lincolnshire. She worked her way through the CIPD qualifications and completed CIPD Level 7 and post Graduate diploma in Human Resource Management. Alison has previously worked as an in-house HR Manager but now works for Amica managing the HR Operations team and leading on process improvement projects and assisting with generalist HR matters from absence management, recruitment to employee relations cases.
