## Holiday carry over changes

The UK government announced that workers who are unable to take annual leave due to the COVID-19 pandemic will be able to carry over statutory holidays for up to two years.

How will this affect your business? Sarah-Jane Butler, CEO of Parental Choice, offers insight into changes to annual leave regulations.

*Update: from July 1st 2021, employers will start contributing towards the costs of furloughed employees' wages.
