COVID-19 coronavirus planning

Myhrtoolkit is fully prepared to face the challenges set by the COVID-19 coronavirus. Customers can rest assured that our service, and the integrity of the data we care for, will remain unaffected.

At myhrtoolkit, we have two key concerns arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic: firstly for the health and safety of our staff, and secondly for the security and integrity of our customers’ data. This short note is an update to confirm our current and ongoing plans.

We are keeping a close eye on government updates and advice and we will produce further updates from time to time to ensure that our customers and stakeholders remain fully informed.

Employee safety

We are currently following government advice. Thankfully to date, there is no need for any homeworking or any isolation, enforced or otherwise. If government advice changes, or if we consider it prudent to do so, we have a fully thought-through plan to roll out homeworking in a considered and secure manner.

Further to this, we will be restricting any non-essential meetings and may therefore not be out and about or inviting customers into the office as normal.

Service continuation

As an ISO 27001 audited tech business, we have previously undertaken significant risk planning and investment in the technology required for secure dispersed working. In the light of recent events, however, we have produced internal planning so that all of our employees are able to continue work as normal from home indefinitely if the situation requires it. This includes all infrastructure management and data security management, as well as customer support and sales work.

Due to our technical planning, we are very confident that we can achieve this without any deterioration in service to our customers.
