Myhrtoolkit is a simple-to-use web-based HR software system that streamlines your essential HR tasks, saving you time, making staff management easier and helping you to be more organised.
Whatever your role, be it SME business owner, HR professional, office manager or HR consultant, HR software provides a host of solutions to address your people management challenges.
It is a 30-day rolling contract, so it is in your control.
The system is fairly simple to set up; the basic setup/going live can be achieved relatively quickly. A fully established myhrtoolkit account with all documents in the system will take longer depending on the availability online of the documents.
With good quality data availability, a standard “no document” set up, a 50 head deployment could go live within a day.
We have a 1-hour service guarantee with our hosting provider, meaning that 60 minutes is the maximum length of time the service would ever be unavailable following diagnosis.
Customers are billed on a monthly basis starting on the day we activate the licence. They are then billed on this date each month. The first bill needs paying within 7 days. We require payment in advance and so encourage customers to align their payment method to our billing cycle.
There are 3 main sources of help:
Knowledge base – an online set of support guides www.myhrtoolkit.com/support
Embedded Support – help texts and video clips built into the Toolkit
Service Desk – Monday to Friday – office hours on 0345 225 0414 option 2 or firstname.lastname@example.org
The pricing is banded and based on the number of users. It starts at just £15 per month (+VAT) for up to 5 users and moves up from there. Unlike some competitors, we are proud to put our pricing in the public domain here: www.myhrtoolkit.com/pricing
To support Disaster Recovery, a weekly full back up of all data is taken plus a daily differential back up – capturing details of any changes from that day.
When using myhrtoolkit, the customer assumes the role of Data Controller and myhrtoolkit are deemed to be a Data Processor.
Hosted securely with servers that are protected with a sophisticated firewall and intrusion detection/prevention system. The servers are constantly updated and patched. Any information that passes through the system is secure using 256-bit SSL encryption.
