Myhrtoolkit is very competitively priced and we have not raised our prices for many years. As such, we do not generally offer discount to standard customers.
What discount schemes do we have?
That said, we do have two focused discount schemes for specific groups.
- Charities
- Record Only users
How does the charity discount work?
We offer charities a discount of 25% on our standard pricing.
Is it just for charities?
We would also consider Community Interest Companies and ‘Not for profits’. Please check with us first.
We reserve the right to ask for a charity number or other documentary proof.
What about the Record Only discount scheme?
A 30% discount is available for any customer who has at least 50% of their users set as Record Only.
How is Record Only discount calculated?
- What is the total number of users? This indicates the standard price band.
- How many will be set to Record Only (set to ‘no access’ on the system)?
- Divide A by B and then multiply by 100.
If this figure is 50% or greater the customer qualifies for a 30% discount on their standard price band.
How long does the discount last?
The discount is applicable whilst ever as the Record Only percentage remains over 50%. If it falls below the 50% threshold, then the customer will revert to full price.
What if the customer changes band?
If a customer changes band, they maintain the same percentage discount.
Can the customer choose to go ‘Record Only’ at a later stage once they are live?
Yes – they just need to let us know.
What is the maximum discount we offer?
The maximum discount we will offer a single company is 30%.
How does discount affect partner commission?
Our partners are entitled to a share of the actual revenue received by myhrtoolkit. The application of discount reduces that share.
