Background

 

Agilio SME produces and sells an online system called myhrtoolkit, designed to help SME businesses manage their core HR functions. We have also just launched a brand-new e-learning product: iLearn SME.

 

We are undergoing an exciting period of significant growth and change and as a result we are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Executive to support and assist our Marketing and Sales department and play a crucial part in helping us to achieve our ambitious growth plans.

 

If you have a strong foundation in marketing, particularly in B2B, and proven ability to deliver projects that have resulted in increases in lead generation then we would love to hear from you.

 

Job purpose

 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for delivering marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and support customer retention to our “Direct” sales channel.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility of all marketing execution to “Direct” customers and prospects across a range of marketing channels including website, email and offline materials
  • Management and delivery of myhrtoolkit’s content calendar
  • Writing/editing compelling creative content to maximise SEO and drive interactions and leads
  • Management and delivery of all “Direct” focussed webinars
  • Building relations with external content writers and publishers to create link building opportunities
  • Data management for direct customers and prospects
  • Making amendments and updates to the CMS website
  • Bringing new ideas of different platforms, approaches and styles to improve the performance of the marketing function
  • Frequently approaching myhrtoolkit customers for case study opportunities and improving the number of reviews on reviews.io 

 

Essential skills

  • A passion for marketing
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent grammar skills and able to produce well written content for email, social and website.
  • An understanding of SEO
  • Ability to work under your own initiative, taking responsibility for your day-to-day activities
  • Confident liaising with people across our business and externally
  • A self-starter attitude and willing to investigate and question with an ability to make things happen
  • Data literacy and the ability to make recommendations based on what the data is showing

 

Desirable experience and qualifications

  • Experience of B2B marketing
  • Knowledge of CRM/CMS platforms

This is a full-time role, based in Sheffield with an optional hybrid working pattern.
