HR software specialists, Myhrtoolkit Ltd, has seen its employee numbers triple in just 12 months due to growing demand for its HR software, which has been designed especially for small and medium sized enterprises.

New staff include Sales Executive, Simon Ross and Support Analyst, Toby Butler. A new Digital Marketing Manager, Sharon Evans, has also been taken on to deliver the firm’s marketing strategy. So far, this has seen a complete corporate rebrand, unveiled this month on the firm’s website and a new application interface.

In addition, the company has just exhibited for the third time at the UK’s leading event for HR professionals, the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition, run by the professional body for HR and people development.

New developer, Alex Fenwick, also joins the firm’s software development department to help improve the usability and functionality of the myhrtoolkit interface in line with evolving market opportunities and legislation.

Operations Director, Bob Teasdale says: “It’s great to see our business growing as demand for our HR software increases. We’re seeing burgeoning interest from SMEs wanting to reduce the time they spend on HR administration and find more time to focus on developing their people and their business.
