Myhrtoolkit, part of the Agilio Software group, has recently announced the appointment of industry leader, Emma Barnes as the new Managing Director. She will oversee the Veterinary and SME divisions, including myhrtoolkit. 

With over twenty years of experience in senior management roles across several sectors, Emma brings a wealth of expertise and a track record of success in driving company growth. 

Previously CEO for dental group, Riverdale Healthcare, Emma was responsible for 59 dental practices across the UK. Prior to this, Emma spent nearly four years as Chief Operating Officer at Linnaeus Veterinary Group. Additionally, Emma recently qualified as a certified business coach, supporting business owners/CEO’s and Senior Leadership teams with performance coaching and training.

As Managing Director, Emma is tasked with continuing to build the successful HR and e-learning business. She will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s daily operations whilst spearheading the company’s forward-looking strategy. 

Emma succeeds Bob Teasdale, who has recently moved to a Relationship Management role, working with Partners across the company.
