What is myhrtoolkit?

myhrtoolkit was created in 2005 by a partner in an employment law firm and is now a leading online HR system. It is specifically designed for small and medium sized businesses to streamline HR functions and admin tasks with a wide range of easy to use tools.

Staff holiday requests, absence management and HR documents can all be tracked and reported on.

The power comes from self-service tools empowering employees and managers to interact with the organisation, resulting in leaner processes and freeing up the time of HR to concentrate on more important issues.

What is the partner programme?
Whilst many of our clients are based in the UK, myhrtoolkit is used all over the world. Our HR system can work with a very large number of users but the sweet spot where clients find it most useful is 5 to 500 users.
The system is used in a wide variety of industries from aerospace engine manufacturer to a wool retailer. There isn’t really any restriction on the type of company that finds myhrtoolkit helpful.

How is it priced?

The system is provided as “software-as-a-service”, meaning the cost is a simple monthly licence fee based on the number of users. There are no other costs and we only have a 30 day rolling contract.
