We have thoroughly reviewed and updated the licence agreement under which the myhrtoolkit system is provided; especially around the new GDPR requirements regarding data protection and our responsibilities as a data processor. As of the 25th May 2018 this became the default agreement for all myhrtoolkit customers.
Over the years we have had a number of different licence agreements which have remained applicable for some legacy customers including different contractual notice periods. The new agreement will harmonise all previous versions to the latest version including the minimum notice type of a 30 day rolling contract.
Here are a list of our current approved third party suppliers authorised to process data. This list should be read in conjunction with your licence agreement.
Clause 3 of the myhrtoolkit licence agreement relates to data protection. Within this, paragraph 3.5.9 covers the appointment of third-party processors of Personal Data by myhrtoolkit.
