Apart from restricting user access to the system,within can also be used to email a login link to users directly. You can also use it during setup to go live with selected individuals before rolling out the system to everyone.
To send login details (or go live with a few individuals) using System access, go to > and
- Remove access from the employees to receive a login link
- Click Submit (revokes their access)
- Give access only to the employees who are to receive a login link
- Click Submit (reinstates their access)
- Click on the link to send out emails with login links
Do this only for the employees who are to be send login links. Go toand click on
In thecolumn, select all employees who should receive login links, then click the Submit button when done.
Now select the same employees in thecolumn so that they are able to log into the System. Click the Submit button.
The employees you have just given system access will be displayed. Verify that their emails addresses are correct before clicking on the link. The employees will receive a link to the login page and some information on what to expect. It is important to advise employees to take note of their username and password. This information is not revealed to anyone else except the user.
Note – The encrypted links sent out to the users are time-limited, and will expire after 24 hours.
