Setup & admin - An overview

Setup & Admin is only available to controllers of a myhrtoolkit system, and allows various aspects of the system to be fine tuned to the requirements of an organisation.

The options are listed by category, each row carries a description. The whole list of options is a searchable, allowing a search of page name or words in a page’s description. Behind each row may be a single option, but frequently there will be a collection of related options.

The number of entries shown per page to can be limited to 10, 25, 50 or 100 entries. The default is 100 entries.

The options are broken down into categories that can be filtered by using the drop-down box. These include (but is not limited to):

  • Access
  • Employees
  • Email
  • Holiday Setup
  • Training

The list can also be sorted by clicking the column headers.

Any filters applied can be reset by pressing the reset button next to the search bar.

  • There are no suggestions because the search field is empty.
