Using system access to resend login details for employees

Apart from restricting user access to the system, System access within setup & admin can also be used to email a login link to users directly. You can also use it during setup to go live with selected individuals before rolling out the system to everyone.

Quick Summary
To send login details (or go live with a few individuals) using System access, go to setup & admin > System access and

  1. Remove access from the employees to receive a login link
  2. Click Submit (revokes their access)
  3. Give access only to the employees who are to receive a login link
  4. Click Submit (reinstates their access)
  5. Click on the link to send out emails with login links

Note – The encrypted links sent out to the users are timelimited, and will expire after 24 hours.
