Myhrtoolkit have partnered with recruitment specialists Hireful to harness our API in their Applicant Tracking System.
Once a company using Hireful's Applicant Tracking System has been set up with an API key, succesful applicants can be automatically imported as new employees into Myhrtoolkit. This time-saving integration helps in the overall employment experience of the new employee, and cuts down administration for the company.
Via Config > API Access > Keys, a Controller generates a Key – this has two parts, the Key itself (similar to Username) and another string called the Secret (equivalent to the Password).

To see both parts, click on the Action button at the row end and select "View Details". The Controller then passes the Key and Secret to Hireful. Their technical team will add it to the customer’s account.
The Hireful app continues to be used as normal.
When a successful candidate is secured, they show in a table with a status of "Hired" within the Hireful app.
Next to the "Hired" wording is an action button. Clicking the button reveals a drop down menu – click on "Create employee record in myhrtoolkit".
The Candidate will now appear in your myhrtoolkit New Employee Wizard as an incomplete record. Additional information will be required to complete the new employee process (details that Hireful do not collect) before they can be added to the system in the normal myhrtoolkit manner.
