MFA recovery options for lone Controllers

We always recommend that your account has more than one active Controller. However sometimes this isn't possible. If there is only one Controller on your account and you need to disable MFA, our support team can help.

Recovery process if you're locked out and the only Controller

In this instance, you can call our support team so they can disable MFA on your account (as a Controller, you can disable MFA on other users' accounts).

They will confirm you're the only Controller and then take you through a series of security questions to verify your identity.

Once your identity is verified, they can send you a recovery email.
